Applications are invited for positions as research associates on an EC funded project to develop self-timed VLSI circuits for embedded systems within the AMULET research group. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent research track-record, good computing skills and must have expertise in one or more of the following areas: asynchronous circuit design; microprocessor architecture; embedded system design; CAD tools for VLSI.

The posts are tenable to the end of November 1996, on the RA1A scale at a starting salary of between £14,317 and £21,519 or the RA II scale at a starting salary of between £19,848 and £26,430, depending on experience and qualifications.
