The compiler will now accept binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal literals in the following formats:
2#01010101
8#1234567
10#12345678
16#12cdef
readint will parse binary, octal, decimal and hexadecimal values from files using the same format as compiler literals.
When no base is specified using "n#", a default base (initially decimal) is used. This default base can be changed by calling a new function set_default_input_base.
Unless the -g flag is given to lcd programs will not report line number information to lcd making source level debugging impossible. This improves the performance of ldb in the normal case when source level debugging is not required.
